Can freelancers work remotely?

Each profile says whether they prefer remote, hybrid or on-site work, and you can filter on it.

Can I also hire permanent staff?

Yes: an offer can be freelance, umbrella, fixed-term or permanent. The CV database itself lists freelancers.

How much does it cost?

Nothing during the launch: the CV database, offers and marketplace are free, with a monthly contact allowance. Paid plans will come later; you will be told in advance.
