Terms of service

These terms govern your use of Freeleads, a service operated by Freeleads SAS. By creating an account you agree to them. Freeleads is a professional service intended for freelancers and businesses acting in a professional capacity.

1. The service

Freeleads delivers business opportunities detected in job listings, together with professional contact details of relevant decision-makers, and provides CRM features to manage your outreach. We do our best to deliver accurate, relevant opportunities, but we do not guarantee the availability of any mission, the accuracy of third-party data, or any business outcome.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account and for the members you invite to a Studio workspace.
• Accounts are personal. Sharing a single seat between several people is not permitted.

3. Free trial, subscriptions and payment

• New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with Pro features, without payment details. When the trial ends the account moves to the Free plan automatically, at no cost.
• Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. Prices are shown excluding VAT.
• You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; amounts already paid are non-refundable.
• If a payment fails, we may suspend deliveries until payment is made.

4. Acceptable use and prospecting rules

You are the controller of the personal data you use to contact prospects and must comply with applicable law, including the GDPR and the rules on electronic direct marketing. In particular you agree to:

• contact decision-makers only with messages relevant to their professional role;
• identify yourself clearly and offer an easy way to opt out of further messages, and honour opt-outs promptly;
• not resell, publish or transfer contact data obtained through Freeleads, and not use it to build a competing database;
• not send bulk or automated spam, or use Freeleads for any unlawful, deceptive or harassing purpose;
• not attempt to access other accounts, probe or disrupt the service, or scrape it.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of the notes, templates and other content you add. You grant us the licence needed to host and process it to provide the service. Anonymous, aggregated ratings may be used to improve lead qualification.

6. API

API access (Studio plan) is subject to rate limits and these terms. Keep API keys secret and revoke them if compromised.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amounts you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost opportunities.

8. Termination and data

You can delete your account at any time from your settings, which permanently erases your data (subject to legal retention of invoices). You can export your data beforehand.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Paris, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules where applicable.
