Frequently asked questions
Can I propose a freelancer from the CV database to my client?
Yes, once you have talked with them. You write through Freeleads; if they reply, you get their e-mail and agree on next steps together. Freeleads takes no commission.
Are my bench consultants visible to freelancers or to my clients?
No. The marketplace is for registered companies only, and your consultants appear without names: title, skills, day rate and availability.
How do I know a freelancer is really available?
Every month we ask visible freelancers to confirm their availability. Recently confirmed profiles carry a badge and can be filtered.
How much does it cost?
Nothing during the launch: the CV database, offers and marketplace are free, with a monthly contact allowance. Paid plans will come later; you will be told in advance.
